About Us

CTG was founded by JoJo Kemp, a former collegiate athlete who competed at the University of Kentucky. He built this program with one mission: to develop the next generation of athletes both on and off the field. Through years of competing at a high level, one lesson became clear—talent alone is never enough. That’s why CTG was created —to give young athletes the tools, confidence, and mentorship needed to excel not just as players, but as leaders in society.

What truly separates good players from great ones is discipline, resilience, leadership, and accountability. That belief is the foundation of everything we do.

CTG camps are designed to go beyond traditional training. While athletes improve their speed, skill, and performance, they also develop the mindset and character needed to succeed in sports and in life.

At our camps, athletes learn:
    •    Strong work ethic
    •    Confidence under pressure
    •    Teamwork and leadership
    •    Mental toughness
    •    How to respond to adversity the right way

The motto says it best: “Change the Game.”

We change the game by raising the standard—not just in competition, but in the classroom, at home, and within the community. Our athletes are taught to bring the same energy, focus, and excellence to every environment they step into.

CTG is more than a camp. It’s a movement focused on preparing the next generation to lead, compete, and succeed at the highest level.

Because when character meets preparation, success follows.
